About the Cover
On the cover, novel sites of O-GlcNAc modification of the transcription factor Serum Response Factor have been determined using collision-induced dissociation fragmentation on a quadropole time-of-flight mass spectrometer. By analyzing protein digests utilizing a number of different enzymes and modulating the collision energy employed to maximize intensity of glycosylated fragment ions, novel modification sites were determined.
