About the Cover
On the cover, SH2 profiling of human hematopoietic cell lines. Different SH2 domains bind to specific classes of tyrosine-phosphorylated sites in proteins. Cell lysates were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to filters, and replicate blots were probed with Grb2 (red), Crk (blue), Fyn (yellow), and PI-3 kinase (green) SH2 domains (top). Individual binding patterns were overlaid in the bottom image. See Machida et al., pages 215-233.
