About the Cover
On the cover, A section of the PX domain interaction network in yeast. Yeast PX domain-containing proteins were analyzed for interacting partners by genome-wide two-hybrid screens. An array of yeast colonies in the background indicates positive two-hybrid interactions (quadruplicates represent one interaction). The PX domains of Vam7, Grd19, and Ypt35 and one of their interactors, Bet1 (complexed with Sec24) are shown as crystal structures (or models). For details, see the article by Vollert and Uetz, pages 1053-1064.
