About the Cover
On the cover, an Arabidopsis root from a plant transformed with AtPOR2::GFP fusion observed by confocal microscopy. Green fluorescence is associated with the plasma membrane of root cells. Identification of new intrinsic proteins in Arabidopsis plasma membrane was achieved by a proteomic approach, and their plasma membrane localization was validated by confocal microscopy.
