About the Cover
On the cover, microarray array transfection assays employ mixtures of expression vectors (upper oval) containing transcriptional regulatory sequences upstream of green fluorescent protein coding sequences (green) together with effector plasmids (blue) and internal transfection standards (red) spotted in a microarray format. Following application of cells and incubation, the cellular fluorescence (bottom ovals) indicates the transfection efficiency and reporter regulation by the co-transfected effector.
