On the cover, the figure demonstrates protease-substrate profiling of serine proteases thrombin substrate, and the red and green fluorescence resulted from cleavage of the chymotrypsin substrates. Positions where no color was visible consisted of substrate-free spots. Epifluorescence microscopy revealed the dried aerosol between reaction centers and complete compartmentalization of each reaction center.
