About the Cover
On the cover, flow cytometry is only one of many cell separation technologies that can isolate purified cell populations from complex mixtures, which would normally provide inaccurate protein profiling. Combining flow cytometry with multiparametric analysis and semi-automated protein profiling (such as the Proteomelab) offers a reproducible technology for rapid protein profiling. For details, see the article by Bernas et al., pages 2–13.
