On the cover, organellar proteome analysis to identify zymogen granule membrane proteins separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and two-dimensional HPLC. iTRAQ^TM reagent was used to quantitatively measure enrichment of intrinsic membrane proteins. 101 proteins were identified by tandem mass spectrometry.
