About the Cover
On the cover, results from a quantitative MudPIT analysis showing relative protein expression changes observed between a wild-type (S2) and ΔehbF::pac mutant strain (S40) of the Archaeon Methanococcus maripaludis. ORFs are shown in genome order with green indicating overexpression in the mutant, red indicating underexpression, and yellow indicating qualitative identification in the absence of a statistically significant expression change. For details, see the article by Xia et al., pages 868–881.
