A, LC-MS/MS analyses were performed on wild-type PSC complexes (1), PSC complex-cytoskeletons (2), and rootletin knockout (KO) PSC complexes (3). B, the PSC complex proteome contains a total of 1968 proteins. C and D, data from the rootletin KO PSC preparation were used to differentiate proteins associated with the inner segment (IS) and outer segment (OS) portions of the PSC complex.
