Targets of antibodies found to be significantly different between the liver and non-liver cancer samples

Thirty-nine significant changes were observed (t test p < 0.05) including AFP (in bold italics), a marker of liver cancer. Ten targets have been observed previously to change in serum. Most genes have already been related to HCC by microarray analysis.
