Table I 2315 total proteins were identified from chloroplast and mitochondrial samples

Proteins were measured using the LTQ Orbitrap XL hybrid FTMS and identified with the requirement of at least two unique peptides identified by OMSSA or one peptide identified independently using OMSSA and GPF. The number of proteins identified in each condition (aerobic chloroplasts, anaerobic chloroplasts, aerobic mitochondria, and anaerobic mitochondria) is shown. These results are based on three independent runs for each condition, representing eight biological samples.
