Proteins are regarded as up-regulated if it has an induction ratio higher than 1.3 in at least one of the time courses. Induction ratio (IR) is presented as an average value from three independent experimental sets and one swapped experiment. Two numbers in the No. column show the number of peptides used to identify each protein (first) and the number of the peptide pair used to calculate the induction ratio of each protein (second), respectively.
