On the cover: PREGO is a software tool trained with data independent acquisition results that predicts high responding peptides for targeted experiments. Peptides in CASZ1 are ranked on their experimentally acquired targeted transition fragment intensity. Although there is large variation in predicting response intensities for any given peptide, there is a definite trend to score top ranked peptides higher than worse ranked peptides.
