Size exclusion chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry (SEC-MS) to identify global
changes to protein complexes in cancer cells treated with tanespimycin, an inhibitor
of the molecular chaperone Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90). Elution profiles for 4,645
